Must the incident report be updated?

As a controller, I need to update the incident report at the end of my shift or soon thereafter. The incident report that I see on the site is an old one and hasn't been updated for some time. Is the incident report as important as I think it should be and if so why is it not being updated. Perhaps all the controllers are not sure how to update the incident report on the site. Johan 4 and I are supposed to be responsible for training, so to make sure that all controllers use the incident report,(if indeed that was the intention of it)Johan and I will get together and arrange for a brief training session to make sure that all controllers are comfortable with the process of updating the incident report on the website. Kurt, we will need your guidance as well.

There may also be some controllers who don't have access to the site, whilst at home, so we'll need to work around that one as well.

Incident report

I believe the principle of an Incident Report to share information among Controllers is important. We just need the best method to keep it up to date and relevant. Lets see of we can come up with an alternative that can work better.

Incident report

At a recent controller training/feedback session it was confirmed that the incident report is important and must be updated daily. I support Kevin's suggestion to arrange a brief training session for controllers that are not comfortable with updating the incident report on the website.
